We talk about business and value
The main objective is not to sell.
The Last of SaaS is conceived, above all, as a bidirectional learning space. Here, SaaS companies do not come merely to showcase their product, but to listen, to understand how businesses and brands operate, what real problems they face in their day-to-day activities, and what needs are still not well addressed.
The event creates a direct point of contact between SaaS companies and those that are already familiar… and others that are not. That intersection is key: it allows for contrasting viewpoints, validating hypotheses, detecting frictions, and discovering opportunities that are difficult to identify from a dashboard or a prepared demo. The conversations are open, without a sales script, focused on the actual use of technology and business challenges.
The real value lies in what happens afterward. Teams return to the office with valuable information, with real market insights that help improve systems, prioritize functionalities, and evolve products in a way that is more aligned with the needs of those who use them. Because at The Last of SaaS, learning and understanding is the first step to building better solutions.
Meetings are not forced. No awkward moments. No wasting time.
In The Last of SaaS, 1to1 meetings are not improvised or random. They are part of a system designed to facilitate relevant encounters, where both parties arrive with context, mutual interest, and limited but well-utilized time.
From the moment of registration, both SaaS and companies access a personal dashboard. From there, they can explore profiles, get to know the companies or solutions participating —their business, their sector, the software they use, or the functionalities they offer— and select who they are interested in meeting. When that interest is mutual, a match is generated and the path towards a 1to1 meeting begins.
The Match has been made! Love is in the air!: once the match is made, the system allows for pre-scheduling meetings, exchanging messages, and adjusting schedules within the available slots, arriving at the meeting with a clear idea of why it’s worth sitting together. It’s not about blind selling, but rather having informed conversations with prior context.
On the day of the event, everything accelerates. Attendees have access to a web application (PWA) from which they can scan the identifiers of other participants, generate on-site matches, and schedule 1-to-1 meetings on the spot. Here, a key factor comes into play: the slots are limited.
Meetings are organized in 15-minute blocks, in a room with a specific number of tables and defined time slots. This determines the number of available slots and forces attendees to prioritize, decide quickly, and move ahead of others.
Companies also have the ability to reschedule meetings, always within the free slots indicated by the system, which provides flexibility without creating disorder. Everything is designed for the flow to be organized, yet lively.
The result is an environment where meetings do not accumulate aimlessly, but rather each conversation has a purpose, a before and an after. A system that connects people, ideas, and real needs, and that turns time —limited— into value.
